  1. Thanks ma’am. Is it all cakes that we can use cake flour for?

    • No. Not all cakes need cake flour. For my recipes, you will need cake flour for all the white cakes, thats all. Cassata Red Velvet & Chocolate Cakes are already very moist so cake flour is not required for them. Fruit cakes require heavy flour to hold the weight of the fruits so cake flour will not do justice to fruit cakes. However, white cakes absolutely need cake flour.
