I am a banker but a caterer at heart.
I am always excited to learn new recipes and can even spend my whole day watching food vidoes.
I own a catering firm and we currently curate food hampers, pull off surprises for customers, prepare lunch packs, soups, stews, black pepper sauce also knon as shito, pastries and cakes.
I am excited about this course, i cant say it enough!!!.
I am super excited about the friendships and relationships i am about to build with my colleagues here.
