TEXTURED BUTTERCREAM 3 (Buttercream Watercolour)
INGREDIENTS USED FOR WATERCOLOUR EFFECT:
1) Fully iced dammed and filled triple layer 8 inch cake.
2) 2 Tablespoons Cassata Buttercream mixed with 2 to 3 drops fuschia/wine paste/gel food colour.
3) 2 Tablespoons Cassata Buttercream mixed with 2 to 3 drops of green paste/gel food colour.
4) 2 Tablespoons Cassata Buttercream mixed with 2 to 3 drops of yellow paste/gel food colour.
5) 2 Tablespoons Cassata Buttercream mixed with 2 to 3 drops royal blue gel/paste food colour.
METHOD:
